Receptionist Job at United Talent Agency (UTA)
Based in our Atlanta office, UTA is seeking a full-time professional Receptionist. The ideal candidate is someone who prides themselves on organization, be customer service oriented, can multitask, take direction well, work well with others, has a positive and professional disposition, can learn quickly and prioritize tasks. We are seeking individuals who can commit to this position for a minimum of 1-2 years before seeking advancement opportunities within the agency.
What You Will Do
- Greet visitors as they arrive and alert appropriate parties upon arrival
- Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintain security by following procedures for external guests
- Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate person
- Schedule conference rooms and offices for meetings or events
- Help with setup and breakdown of events
- Schedule catering and assist with delivery and set-up
- Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
What You Will Need
- 1+ years experience working in a high-volume professional work environment
- Previous experience in a reception, front desk, administrative or related role required
- Must possess professionalism and friendly, team player attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in multi-tasking, and pay attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Resourceful and well organized
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work overtime if needed
