Metro's front receptionists set our positive tone and provide great customer service over our busy multi-line phone system, at our front counter, and answering email inquiries about our services and products. The reception team is integral in their team's mission "Create The Opportunity". Receptionist will regularly work with other team members in the company in support roles for recurring tasks and for special projects in scheduling, sales, marketing, accounts receivable, and other. This role provides an immersion into the fire/life safety industry and has opportunities for company and industry growth. We have a great training program for the right persons.
