Daily Workflow:
» Answering a multi-line phone system, directing calls, and providing customer service
» Preparing documents or emailing using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
» Filing, data entry, and making copies
» Receiving and processing the mail
» Other duties as assigned
We’re Seeking:
» Bilingual in Spanish a must
» Excellent customer service skills
» Able to balance and organize multiple tasks
» Must pass drug test and criminal background check
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm
