The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Our roots date back to 1929 in Waterbury, CT where our flagship Chevrolet Cadillac store is still located. We have recently taken over this location with a new and energetic Sales Staff. We are growing rapidly and looking to fulfill the position of Receptionist to help field incoming phone calls and distribute sales leads.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
