Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is a Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing the very best in quality care to residents in our area. We are looking for highly skilled, responsible, multi-taskers to join our team of Receptionists. Applicants must be available on weekends and evenings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering high volume telephones
- Greeting employees, visitors and vendors in a welcoming manner
- General clerical duties such as copying, filing, scanning, etc.
- Various other responsibilities to be discussed at the time of interview
Requirements:
- Positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, high traffic setting
- Availability on evenings (2p-9:30p) and weekends is REQUIRED of all applicants
