Overview:
Work with regional real estate to maintain, renew when appropriate, and negotiate in a timely manner all contracts for Patient Service, RRL and other facilities for the Business Unit. Assure contract compliance with legal and regional Real Estate. Individual must be able to understand and coordinate all lease terms, working with regional Real Estate and the landlord for negotiation of contracts for new or existing facilities. This position has the responsibility to coordinate footprint optimization and the tools associated with the process. Responsibilities:

Monday to Friday
Required: Experience Negotiating Lease Agreements with Landlords or Brokers
Work with regional real estate to maintain, renew when appropriate, and negotiate in a timely manner all contracts for Patient Service, RRL and other facilities for the Business Unit. Assure contract compliance with legal and regional Real Estate. Individual must be able to understand and coordinate all lease terms, working with regional Real Estate and the landlord for negotiation of contracts for new or existing facilities. This position has the responsibility to coordinate footprint optimization and the tools associated with the process.
- Review and approve lease terms.
- Work with regional real estate for the RMBU lease agreements.
- Negotiate lease agreements with landlord and/or broker.
- Approve RDSs for Corporate Real Estate Cap Ex
- Review arrangements for Compliance with Stark and Anti-kickback requirements.
- Perform diligence related to acquisitions in conjuction with business development and other stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience:
- Required technical training/work experience
- 3 years minimum experience in building management or Real Estate and project management
- 3 years minimum Compliance or legal experience
- 5+ years experience in Patient Service setting with a solid understanding of process flows, preferred
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Map Point.
