Branch Services Specialist

Summary:
The Branch Service Specialist works closely with the Branch Leader(s) to focus on certain agent and branch functions to provide necessary support to the agents and branch to create a more effective and efficient branch operation.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Process paperwork for agent onboarding, departures and transfers
- Branch Office Management
- Maintain all office purchasing/supplies
- Maintain all branch workrooms, supplies and equipment, including building maintenance supplies, directional signs, office supplies, warehouse stock items, copier/printer toner
- Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Answer and transfer phone calls pleasantly and professionally (where applicable)
- Cover reception desk if assigned agent is not available
- Branch Leader Support at Branch Leaders direction
- Sales Meetings, Branch Socials, Calendars, Social Media, Agent meetings, Lunch and Learns, Agent recognition, and other various administrative support functions for Branch leader
- Transaction Support
- Process earnest money and commission check deposits
- Miscellaneous Sale Processing
- Troubleshooting Agent transaction questions
- Agent Assistance as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or 3 – 5 years branch operations experience preferred
- Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals while maintaining a positive and professional manner
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner with all levels of management, agents and staff both in person and in writing
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to train one-on-one or in small group settings
- High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adjust direction when situation warrants
- Work independently without regular direct supervision
- Ability to multi-task and organize such that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
