Little Green Thumbs ABA is a small but growing company, and we are ready to add another amazing staff member to our team! We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is enrolled in a BCBA/BCaBA program to work in a hybrid RBT/Assistant Clinical supervisor role. Clients are primarily located within Jasper County but the role may require commuting to locations within 45 minutes of Demotte, IN (e.g., Schererville, Valparaiso, Kentland, etc.). *We do consider where you live when making client assignments because we want you focusing on clinical work and not driving all over the place.* Services are available Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm, and 9am-1pm on Saturday.

There will be opportunities for collaboration with Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychiatrists, Pediatricians, Social Workers, and other specialists.

This is a 40-hour a week position. Billable RBT hours will be paid at $22/hour. Non-billable training hours will be paid at $12/hour.
