Your Energy Solutions is a solar installation company based in Livermore. We are looking to add a QuickBooks Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. We have proudly been in business for the past 14 years helping our customers reduce their electric bill by installing solar panels as well as other energy efficient products, including batteries and electric vehicle chargers.

After being with us for 3 months, you'll receive health and dental benefits. As a QuickBooks Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper, you will be primarily using QuickBooks to keep track of vendor billing, company inventory and expenses, communicate with vendors via telephone and email, and perform other various other office tasks.

Hours: M-F 40 Hours

Here is how you will be helping out the team:

- Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, and Data Entry using QuickBooks
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Process invoices, vendor payments, prepare checks for signature on a weekly basis
- Keep track of inventory, company expenses, and billing
- Support inventory management
- Maintain vendor records, including Tax ID information at the end of the year 1099 issuing
- Backup for Accounts Receivable
- Collaborate with team to process finance customer's loans
- Perform other general accounting and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications for an ideal candidate:

- Able to work daily in our Livermore, California office
- Associate's degree in accounting or a related field / job experience, preferably in a construction related field
- 3 Years Experience in using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Have an understanding of basic accounting principles & generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP)
- Skilled in the use of Google Drive, Gmail, and Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
- Attendance and punctuality is essential
