Position includes a wage of $26.04/hour (includes 8%-night premium), quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program that begins on Day ONE.

As an IPV technician, you will:

  • Provide electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting in support of both STTT and MHE assembly lines.
  • Support test equipment and software used to calibrate and test prime products.
  • Support production software flashing stations on both assembly lines.
  • Support production fluid fill stations on both assembly lines.
  • Support production A/C charge stations on both assembly lines.
  • Perform sound testing for European regulation compliance.
  • Perform rework on quality defects.
  • Support Design Engineers by gathering data for research and evaluations, by conducting technically complex teardowns and assembly of BCP components/equipment.
  • Support NPI programs by helping develop IPV processes to support new products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have at least one year of manufacturing experience
  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) using Standard Assembly tools (torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, etc.) and their applications

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

  • Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
  • Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Willing and able to work (20%) in outdoor conditions

Top candidates will also have:

  • Intermediate proficiency (basic skills/knowledge; capable of functioning independent in Microsoft Excel
  • In-Process Validation (IPV) experience
  • End of line/Rework experience
  • Soldering experience (wiring, connectors and terminals)
  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in areas related to machine repair including Electrical, Hydraulics
  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in recognizing or describing the mechanical functions and specifications of products and/or parts
  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Equipment Diagnostics
  • Experience reading electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Electrical/Mechanical experience
  • Maintenance/repair experience
  • Heavy equipment machine assembly experience

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5 pm – 3:30 am

Overtime as needed to support line on Fridays and weekends.
