The Quality Review RN reviews OASIS documentation, evaluates clinical practices and documentation to help maximize efficiency, optimize patient care, and support positive patient outcomes. It entails working with leadership and clinicians to implement education while refining our quality of patient care. If you enjoy putting puzzle pieces together and getting that joy from forming a perfect picture, this position is for you.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nursing License for the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 - 2 experience in home healthcare and OASIS required, Home Care Home Base experience preferred.
- Experience with reviewing Plan of Care orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals to enlist cooperation of team to perform/achieve a common goal. Able to exercise initiative and independent judgement.
- Capable of analyzing data to participate in performance improvement activities.
- Willingness to provide on-going education to clinical team members.
