Quality Control Technician Job at BEPC Inc
BEPC is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician in the Rockland, CA area!
W2 contract: 12 months with possible opportunity for extensions based on business needs and performance
Pay rate: $21-22/hr plus we offer Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance benefits
Flexible shift: 11am - 7:30pm OR 2pm - 10:30pm M-F (occasional OT)
Responsible for the analysis, development, and operation of quality and risk management systems. Supports the production floor and team inspecting batches (label verifications and finished good inspections), moving products from one status to another (physically or in SAP)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop standards for quality, documentation and processes as well as continuous improvement and preventive activities
- Monitors and documents that procedures, processes, equipment, and systems meet specifications and quality standards
- Drives improvement of processes and procedures
- Impacts direct work team through accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of own work
- Recognizes and solves typical problems from clearly defined options
- Accountable for efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of own work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years related experience
- Some college or equivalent work experience
- Basic Microsoft skills
- Attention to detail, collaborative, quality mind set
- SAP experience is a plus
- Quality background is plus
