You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

  • Assists with generating department reports for internal and global distribution as need to support daily department/company needs
  • Conduct research and compose professional e-mail responses to all department inquiries received
  • Answer and re-direct incoming calls, ensures all department paperwork is completed accurately and on a daily basis
  • Coordinate store deliveries for floor sets.
  • Experience using Outlook and creating emails.
  • Responsible to route and schedule deliveries for the hub department.
  • Perform a variety of job functions using the following systems – MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; CCUI, Crystal Reports, Qlikview, Yard View and PkMS.
  • Create reports as requested by the department manager, conduct root cause analysis and summarize data pulled from various dashboards as needed to drive improvement
  • Support with department housekeeping which includes maintaining a clean, orderly work area, ensures department supplies are available as needed
  • Ability to coach and cross-train on all PkMS functions to help strengthen team knowledge and awareness of proper processing of daily transactions

  • High School diploma or equivalent – some college preferred but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Outlook, Excel) – able to demonstrate examples
  • Experience working with PkMS, Qlikview and Yard View
  • Works well without supervision and is willing to cross train other job functions as needed to support company goals
  • Must be able to multi-task and learn new warehouse operating systems
  • Adaptable – able to support other areas of operation as needed to support company goals
  • Must be highly attentive to detail with a team-first attitude
  • Proven leadership and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrates commitment and can adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing daily workload/projects in a timely manner
