Basic Function:

The Repair Liaison will contribute to our environment of total guest service by providing our guests with friendly, knowledgeable assistance with inspections and repair services.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Inspect jewelry to evaluate the condition and identify necessary repairs
• Polish and clean jewelry
• Complete repair paperwork, enter information into the Job Entry system
• Answer phones, perform guest phone calls (including repair and estimate follow-up) and explain procedures and policies related to repairs
• Monitor repair status in order to communicate between Design and Service Center and guests

Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Abilities include:
· Sales, retail, technical knowledge and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
• Professional approach and image.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Willingness to learn, innovate and collaborate
• Ability to perform simple numeric calculations and complete varied administrative tasks including typing, spelling and filing
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Attention to detail, basic computer skills.
