Our Community Health Center is actively recruiting for a Psychiatrist in Fort Dodge, IA.
Practice Details:
- Clinic Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Patient Schedule: 12-16 per day
- Current Staff: 2 FM Physicians, 1 Family Nurse Practitioner, 2 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, 2 Masters Level Therapists
- Other Clinical Staff/Nursing: 1 Nurse of CMA, 1 Shared Care Coordinator, 1 Shared Social Worker
- Call: No call
