Venture Property Management is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Manager. Our team services over 450 units in Southern California.

This position will coordinate our technician's schedules, work with our various vendors, invoice clients, budget and other task that may deal with the Maintenance Day to Day Operation.

The Maintenance Manager will also work with upper management to help grow our team in all aspects of the business.

Experience needed:

  • 1 Year of maintenance management experience while supervising others, background with maintenance software, excel, word needed.
  • Interface with clients, peers and experience with managing vendors a must.
  • Technical skills: Background with General Contracting, Electrical, Turnovers, and Plumbing

Personal attributes needed for this role: Detail oriented, a great multi tasker, knows how to prioritize well, physically capable of dealing with heavy workload, adaptable and needs to promote safety where ever applied, able to manage multiple vendors at once, along with staff and timelines that need to be achieved on time delivery is a must. Needs to be able to work alone and being a self-starter is very important.

Essential Functions • Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Work with automation vendors to troubleshoot system issues and resolving warranty claims. • Carry out preventative PM's while utilizing Advanced Maintenance Management Software. • Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation. • Identify and/or solve operational issues with conveyance and robotic equipment while implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives, to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results. • Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for technicians and maintain a positive employee relations environment at assigned account(s). • Maintain open and effective communications within the work group(s) and with other work groups within the organization. Review data, identify and implement necessary actions as required. • Lead a proactive safety program within the work group(s) consistent with company policy in order to provide a safe and secure work environment. Instruct and enforce location safety management plans, training and processes. Monitor the maintenance of equipment for assigned work group(s) by using checklists and observations as required.
