Property Manager - Clayton
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Property Manager who will be the first point of contact for our prospective residents. You will ensure that properties are maintained effectively and screen potential residents. You must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
We offer competitive pay with a base salary plus leasing bonuses. Starting salary is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Meeting prospective residents and answering their questions
· Screening prospective residents to ensure they meet eligibility by performing background checks and credit checks
· Preparing leasing documents using property standards and regulations
· Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and application fees
· Answering and returning phone calls and emails
· Building a rapport with current tenants to provide them personalized service
· Inspecting vacant rental properties
· Coordinating property maintenance as necessary
· Photographing all violations or potential issues and logging in Yardi
· Ensuring tenants are following their lease agreements and addressing any complaints or concerns
Qualifications & Skills:
· High school diploma or GED certificate
· 1+ years of experience in real estate or property management
· Excellent customer service
· Proficient organizational skills
· Integrity & professionalism
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of Yardi a plus
· Valid driver’s license required

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
