Property Manager Job at Heartland Property Management
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Manager to help us manage properties. An ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and experience with property management. We're looking for someone who can effectively communicate with clients, have the ability to multitask, and who enjoys problem-solving and working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties for safety hazards.
- Conduct safety inspections of rental property.
- Locate, track, and repair maintenance issues in residential communities.
- Follow the building codes to maintain the value and safety of the community.
- Maintain property records.
- Communicate with residents about repair issues.
- Hire maintenance staff when necessary.
- Arrange for contractors to perform repairs and regular cleaning.
- Promote rental units to prospective renters.
