Property Maintenance Supervisor Job at Liberty Commercial Group
Maintenance Department Supervisor is responsible to manage, schedule, and provide oversight relative to property upkeep to ensure that all properties and assets associated with Liberty Commercial Group are completed in a professional and timely fashion. The position requires professionalism and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
The position will organize and schedule maintenance crew members (6-10 team members) to perform the various duties required to keep property locations in peak condition while assisting with maintenance requests from various tenants and partners. The Maintenance Department Supervisor position is a "working position" that requires to be in the field assisting with projects, tasks or requests. Extensive knowledge of construction management and processes a must.
Additional responsibilities for this position include employee management, managing work orders, communicating with tenants or departments regarding maintenance work, handling purchasing and inventory of materials, and working with outside vendors.
The position will require management of day-to-day operations of the maintenance team. Seasonal changes require the position to change relative to property upkeep and property management. Heavy equipment operations experience a plus.
Experience in operating a variety of fleet vehicles is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
