What you will do:
The Laborer will perform duties associated with maintenance/upkeep of all grounds/facilities; ensures adherence to Company safety standards, policies and procedures; ensures that all safety inspections are completed in accordance with Company safety policies; operate power equipment such as light pick-up trucks, walk-behind mowers, edgers, power vacuums and blowers, and chainsaws in accordance with regulations and procedures; maintains and performs minor repairs to power equipment and hand tools; perform light preventive maintenance on equipment such as checking fluid levels, lubrication, etc; Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • Must have high school diploma or G.E.D
  • Ability to use the English language to communicate (both verbally and in writing) accurately and concisely to internal and external customers
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to operate /maintain specified equipment
  • Must have solid understanding of OSHA plus Federal and State regulations
  • Ability to stoop, bend, manipulate tools in small spaces
  • Work in adverse/outdoor weather conditions
  • Wear a respirator/safety protective equipment as indicated
  • Perform work at heights up to 80 feet
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works outdoors near aircraft, in all climatic conditions, and in fast-paced environments
