Project Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team in tracking project execution activities,
  • Process sales transactions,
  • Execute vendor purchase orders,
  • Manage and track project finances to ensure project profitability is maintained,
  • Manage regular communication activities to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Work with accounting to reconcile transactions,
  • Organize and manage the project documentation and correspondence used for order execution,
  • Work with manufacturer-specific order processing software,
  • Utilize company-specific software systems to manage the project execution process,
  • Coordinate between customer, manufacturer, and service organization to ensure proper and timely equipment commissioning,
  • Work with internal project engineers/sales engineers and customer project managers to ensure seamless coordination,
  • Manage customer issue resolution in a timely manner,
  • Attendance and participation in company meetings concerning project status, company updates, and manufacturer updates,
  • Participation in training, skill-building, and professional development classes, as well as industry and manufacturer conferences to grow industry expertise and sales networks,

Required Skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, ever-changing, deadline-driven, customer service environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Computing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Enterprise Gmail, and SalesForce
  • Basic sales transaction processing (order management, document organization, purchase order generation, customer communication)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
