Responsible for planning and managing the delivery of IT Projects in support of Centura Health’s strategic and operational objectives. The Senior Project Manager leads multiple projects from extremely large scale with multiple workstreams and many cross-functional areas, many vendors to manage, to medium, and small projects. The Senior Project Manager manages high levels of complexity, risk, ambiguity, and visibility in metricized environments. The Senior Project Manager possesses subject matter expertise in some or all the following areas: Business, Applications, Healthcare, Infrastructure & Operations, IT Construction, Market Growth, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Also, understands the concepts of organizational change management and transformation. This synthesis of broad knowledge and experience allows the Senior Project Manager to organize all end-to-end aspects of the projects and looks for cross-project areas for streamlining or optimization. This role will have knowledge and experience in project management fundamentals, the need to be able to prioritize, structure, and provide overall direction to the project team on best practices, agile and waterfall delivery frameworks, and understand the landscape to deliver successfully. The Senior Project Manager demonstrates innovative and conceptual thinking. She/he seamlessly interfaces with internal/external project stakeholders and executive leadership. The Senior Project Manager is team-driven and passionate about the management/success of their project(s), and team members.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare or related field preferred
- Master's Degree, preferred
- High School Diploma, required.
- 5 years’ experience in formal project management, required; preferably with large scale initiatives.
- 5 years’ experience in information technology, healthcare fields, market growth, transformation project related, preferred.
- Project Management Professional, preferred
- Six Sigma/Lean Fac Cert, preferred
- SAFe certification, preferred
- Scrum certification (CSM or CSPO), preferred
Physical Requirement - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
