Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Team to help develop and track project scopes of work, construction schedules, requests for information, instruction to contractors, change orders, operation documents.
- Coordinate project documentation with Customers, Contractors and internal team,
- Ensure Safety focus and complete job safety analysis, pre task plans, applicable permits.
- Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure quality and timely production/ installation.
- Review and understand the company project documentation system and policies.
- Review plans and specifications and ensure documentation compliance.
- Overnight travel and out of town stay required, Travel expectations 80-90% out of town.
Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in Construction Document Interpretation and Development needed.
- Electrical/Construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of compressed gas equipment, system design, preferred.
- Ability to interpret plan specifications.
- Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent organization skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work with limited supervision.
- Ability to interface with customers, vendors, and peers.
- Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, and Outlook
- Must be able to work in a team environment and be eager to learn.
- Must be detail oriented to put together a final product that reflects the high-quality standards of Utility Services Group
