Highlights of your role

  • Conduct final measurements for windows and doors.
  • Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations and adapt production specifications to the installation requirements.
  • Be the first on site for every job. Introduce self and installation team. Set expectations with the homeowner regarding schedule, work to be done, & confirm job completion walk through time
  • Connect with installation crews on specifics for the jobs, providing advanced notice of unique factors the crew will need to be aware of with the job. Assist all installation partners with questions and concerns on projects measured
  • Allocate the correct amount of materials needed to complete projects. Accurately job cost all labor rates.
  • Problem-solve all project and customer issues with efficiency and integrity
  • Conduct job completion walk-through with homeowner(s), consisting of demonstrating window and door operation, completing Zero-Defect document, delivering customer gift bag and noting and following up on all unsatisfactory or unfinished work.
  • Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 plus bonus opportunity.

You're a good fit if you have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Construction experience, preferably in home improvement and/or window replacement
  • Proven experience working and problem-solving directly with customers and homeowners
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
  • Understanding of construction documents, construction methods, and installation techniques
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly evolving priorities with enthusiasm
  • The ability to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 40lbs, stand for at least 6 hours per day, and climb ladders, stairs, and kneel
  • Proven experience measuring and installing replacement windows
