We are well established general contractor with more then 50 years of experience in the construction industry. Our company is headquarter in Kansas City, MO but has projects throughout the country. We take on almost any type of project from commercial, retail, multi-family and industrial both new construction and renovations. At this moment we are actively looking to bring on some new team members as either Project Managers or Senior Project Managers. We are looking for individuals with experience in the industry working for previous general contractors. What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee & manage job site
- Manage subcontractors
- Create budgets and schools to keep project on track
- maintain client relationships
What You Need for this Position
- Experience as either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Past experience working for GC
- Strong communications skills
- Experience on either commercial, retail, Industrial or multi-family projects
