This position is within the Platform Enablement Team
(Reporting and Analytics Train) which is building the
strategic IFP/Medicare platform. We are
looking for a Report Developer that will work with key
business partners to define requirements, complete data
modeling, development and work very closely with
partners to ensure the final product meets their needs.
This role is responsible for developing reports to meet
business end user needs off of data marts associated with
the IFP and Medicare NextGen platform.
  • The report types can vary from operational reporting,
regulatory, statutory and compliance.
  • The main data sources used for these reports are Health
Rules Payor Data Warehouse and Operational Data Farm (ODF)
  • This individual will work with other resources on the team
that will assist with defining requirements and coordinating
meetings with key end users.
  • Training on the data model and tools used to extract data
will be completed by an existing report developer.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
  • Extensive experience with databases as well
interpretation and manipulation of related data.
  • Healthcare background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate would have the following expertise
and experience: Oracle PL/SQL query language; MS
Excel; Excel VBA code; MS Access; SAP Crystal
Reporting

Preferred Qualifications
SAS experience working in an Oracle database environment

Education
B.S or Equivalent work experience
