Conundra has grown from start-up to scale-up in recent years and continues to grow, partly due to the merge with PTV Logistics. To support this growth, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER.

• 
  First and foremost, you ensure thorough knowledge of each business case in order to help set the course.
• You monitor the scope of the assignment so that expectations are realistic and resources and timing can be properly calculated.
• You remain alert at all times for any bottlenecks in the predetermined planning process and are ready to intervene and escalate when necessary.
• As a well-oiled tandem, you work closely with the business consultant who works out operational cases in terms of OptiFlow functionalities.
• You spot opportunities for OptiFlow and discuss their overall added value with your fellow project managers and the management.
• From time to time, you also provide clear reports and presentations to the client or management.
• Some administrative tasks are also essential for invoicing and knowledge assurance.

To be successful in this role, a long-term relationship with the customer is crucial. Through regular and well-prepared check-ins, you share your arguments with your client and explain how your decisions benefit their progress.

Who are you?

• 
  You have a strong analytical mind, which is confirmed by your educational background (commercial engineer, operations management, etc.) and any previous experience.
• You keep the overview, see logical connections, spot bottlenecks or opportunities and adjust actions and priorities accordingly.
• Your acquired technical insight into the capabilities of OptiFlow is seamlessly combined with a thorough knowledge of your business case. As a result, you guarantee the smooth progress of each project.
• Partly thanks to your communication skills and commercial feeling, you are very confident when it comes to arguing decisions and you like to include both the customer and the management in your thought process.
• As far as languages are concerned, you can speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
