Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will support Provider Onboarding for Newton Wellesley Medical Group. Responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with both Physician and Advanced Practice Provider new hires to guide them throughout their onboarding journey
- Initiating the credentialing process in a timely manner
- Serving as the liaison between the new hires and relevant Mass General Brigham stakeholders (Credentialing, Talent Acquisition/Physician Recruitment, HR Onboarding, Operations Leadership, Clinical Leadership, etc.).

- Relevant experience in physician recruitment and/ or credentialing strongly preferred
