The Experience Team Project Coordinator is responsible for helping to make big things happen. Organization:

This position reports to the Vice President of Experience.

Essential Job Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Completes administrative tasks, project coordination, and creative projects
  • Preparing advance production timelines and plans for recurring projects
  • Acting as liaison between the experience team, vendors, and internal clients for consultation, content finalization, and delivery of materials for production
  • Manages multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating the work of others to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives
  • Ensuring all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with Signature Performance company culture and business strategy
  • Assisting with administrative items/tasks such as proofing and formatting business letters

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 0-2 years related experience in marketing and/or project coordination
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational/prioritization skills
  • Professional, positive, and flexible attitude

General Areas of Accountability:

Must conduct business and personal affairs in a manner that is always a credit to the company. Must maintain a good credit rating while employed with the company.

Machines and Equipment:

The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copier and fax machines.

Physical Activity:

The incumbent must be able to finger, grasp, feel, see, sit, hear, and speak. This position is sedentary in nature with minimal lifting requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The incumbent works in an office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise. Routine periods of being on the phone utilizing a headset, sitting and data keying are required.

Remote Eligibility: This position is not remote eligible. Eligibility is determined by Management or Human Resources.
