As Gannett Fleming architecture team continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented Architect to join our Architectural team in Raleigh, NC. We rely on our architects to enhance our team by bringing a unique perspective while fostering a learning environment in which architecture will thrive throughout the team.

In this role, you will need to be a motivated team player with the positive attitude to grow and develop your architectural skills, in addition to a passion for design, graphic presentation, and technology that will prepare you and our team for the demands of our clients. You must be able to produce modern, quality results in a fast-paced, intellectual environment.

Our team will need you to collaborate on projects that will involve design and technical elements, as well as producing conceptual renderings and architectural drawings for all stages of projects. As an Architect, you are an integral part of our team and our company.

This is a full-time position in our downtown Raleigh office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Produce design documents for both schematic and construction document phases
• Produce renderings or other presentation graphics
• Leadership role within project teams
• Help develop client relationships with Architecture Principal
• Preparation of project code reviews and specifications
• Review shop drawings and construction progress
• Collaborate with our team for private sector projects
• Construction Administration experience a plus

Experience:

• Professional Architecture degree from an accredited program in Architecture.
• Registered Architect with a minimum 3 years post licensure experience
• 6- 10 years of experience in one or more of the following market sectors; Biopharma, Education, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, and Commercial Architecture
• Experience working in BIM (Revit), 3d Studio Max, Enscape, Lumion, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite to produce documents, visualization, presentations and reports.
• LEED AP or LEED GA a plus
