We are looking for a motivated Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, and document process flows. The role will manage schedules, follow up on action items, and communicate progress to all team members, and collaborate with business units to understand and document process flows. For this role, you will work with team members from all departments, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings and follow up on action items
  • Collaborate with action item owners to break activities into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and address potential issues
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Collaborate with department representatives to understand current processes and known challenges
  • Document and update process workflows
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Solid ownership, organization, and time-management skills
  • Team player with leadership skills
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field with 2 years’ experience
  • Associates degree in business administration or related field with 5 years’ experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
