Annual Salary:
$100,000 – 140,000


Position

The Program Manager acts as a clearing house for all customer interaction and requests as related to a defined program. As a program manager, you will coordinate all program-related activities including engineering, quoting, tooling, production, schedule, status, and quality.


Program Manager will:

  • Examine estimates of material and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required.
  • Support contract negotiates with customer or bidder, prepare schedules, notify management and customer of program status.
  • Administer contracts, including final approval of payment.
  • Maintain program status and purchase order records, ensuring customer orders are entered into sales order system.
  • Coordinate customer engineering, contract change proposals and other RFQ activity and work of sales department with production and shipping department to implement fulfillment of contracts.
  • Support performance by addressing obstacles that may impact rates and requirements.
  • Resolve any questions, discrepancies or issues that arise, solve order-related issues, address scheduling questions, and expedite requests.

  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide direction to Program Administrators.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw solid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret a limited variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Expert problem-solving abilities.


Education:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 3+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years’ progressive experience in Program Management, Business, Administration
  • Engineering, or equivalent, field work
  • Previous experience in DOD or Aerospace a plus
  • Experience with international customers and supply chains


Additional Eligibility Qualifications Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:

PMP or equivalent professional Program Management certification

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
