About the Program Manager:
MarketStar has an opening for a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading an Enterprise and Mid-Market Business Development Team. You will have direct responsibility for the management and enablement of the BDR Team, be a strategic thought leader for our client, and be responsible to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals.

Location: Remote

What will you do?
  • Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management
  • Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies
  • Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized
  • Administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices
  • Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in sales or closely related business field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in sales leadership, with sales development leadership or enterprise sales a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures
  • Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to present concepts and ideas to various audiences
  • Able to learn quick and excel in a team environment
