As a Project Evaluator, you will work in an office based setting located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; 30 minute lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating outcomes for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) including working with operational team to ensure data collection is valid and reliable, analyzing outcomes report data and running reports to inform team operation.
  • Analyzing trends and working with CCBHC leadership to use data to drive performance improvement efforts, at both an individual and population health level.
  • Ensuring that baseline interview data, reassessment interview data, and clinical discharge data into SPARS within required timeframe.
  • Running reports on key performance indicators to determine if required assessments have been completed,
  • Working with CCBHC leadership to review clinical pathways and related clinical decision support tools, which will promote the best outcomes.
  • Helping CCBHC supervisors learn how to run reports, interpret data, make conclusions, and shape work
  • Working with managers to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
  • Working with CCBHC leadership and MIS department to determine the best means of collecting and data and creating reports; and ensuring that the organization is able to report on key outcome measures.
  • Completing SPARS Annual Goals training and entering NOMS annual goals data into SPARS
  • Preparing the annual Programmatic Report for SAMHSA including accomplishments, actions taken to overcome barriers to accomplishing goals and progress for performance measures.
  • Participating in the CCBHC Advisory Committee.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred in Behavioral Health/HealthCare field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health or healthcare position, involving outcome measurement and working with teams to use data to drive performance improvement.
  • Knowledgeable about behavioral health services and implementation of evidence based approaches
  • Knowedgeable about data collection, data analysis methodology, and performance improvement methods
  • Proficient in use of technology, various applications including Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Record, and other data bases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing required.

Vaccination required per EO 283 as applies to all healthcare facilities
