PROGRAM DIRECTOR

SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000.00

SALARY RANGE: $80,200-86,600

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Program Director for our outpatient counseling program.

The Riverbend Counseling Associates (RCA) Program Director provides leadership to the Riverbend Counseling Associates team including the provision of clinical care, staff supervision, fiscal accountability, risk management, and participation in short and long-range planning of services to meet the needs of the community. The services for this program would include: adult individual therapy, couples therapy, youth individual therapy and individual therapy for substance misuse. The RCA Program Director is also expected to conduct their own comprehensive assessments, bio-psycho-social intakes and psychotherapy to a small caseload of clients to supplement the clinical needs of the program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and clinical supervision a team of licensed clinicians both in person and via tele-health.
  • Program development and management
  • Community engagement including developing service delivery models such as co-located care and integrated care to Primary Care Offices affiliated with Concord Hospital Medical Group.
  • Coordinates with various outside agencies and other treatment providers such as local Universities.
  • Provide regular psychotherapy and intake assessments to a small caseload of clients

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy or a related field is required.
  • Active NH Licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, MLADC or LMFT is required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
  • Experience in the NH community mental health system is preferred.
  • Experience in the medical system is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills are required.
