- Assist in the planning and coordination of a variety of programs and events related to teaching and learning, including workshops, seminars, conferences, and other professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
- Maintain records and files related to the Center’s operations, including budgets, grants, events, and other documents.
- Manage the Center’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate the distribution of materials and resources related to the Center’s programs and services.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Develop and maintain the Center’s online presence, including its website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors to the Center.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a higher education setting.
Experience Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with website management and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Customer service oriented, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic budgeting and financial management concepts.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
