Program Analyst (RR674) Job at HART Technologies, Inc.
HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Program Analyst to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project leadership to understand program milestones, plans and resourcing.
- Perform data entry, take meeting minutes, and provide administrative support.
- Compile and submit contract reporting, data-calls, and administrative functions.
- Develop processes and templates for tracking and reporting.
- Compile, edit, and submit technical reports.
- Implement process improvement to streamline reporting across multiple projects and funding lines.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contract tracking and reporting.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
