Advance employment is hiring Production Workers for a tier 1 automotive supplier in Grand Rapids, Michigan! These are entry level positions - No experience necessary.
Shifts & Pay Rates
(4) 10-hour shifts Mon-Thurs. OT on Fridays, when needed
1st Shift (5: 30am - 4: 00pm), $16.00/hr, overtime is $24.00/hr
2nd Shift (4: 00pm - 2: 30am), $17.12/hr, overtime is $25.68/hr
Once hired in, you will receive a $1.00/hr increase
With excellent attendance & performance,
you can get hired-in in as little as 2 weeks!
Job duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Setup & operate machines
Load/unload machines
Operate manual material handling equipment
Quality inspection of parts
Move from station to station
Requirements
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent - OR
18+ & enrolled with projected completion date within 6 months
