Production Worker - 2nd Shift - Shenandoah Job at Pella Corp
$20.75 - $22.75 an hour
As a member of the production team, you'll be working collaboratively with others to complete various assembly tasks for the construction of doors and windows.

Location: Shenandoah, IA
2nd Shift
- $20.75/hr +$2.00 shift differential
- Monday - Thursday
- 4:30 pm - 3:00 am
- OT on Fridays, not mandatory OT on Saturdays or Sundays.
What will you do? As a Production Team member, you will:
- Move to different lines and responsibilities.
- Learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line.
- Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
- Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
Experience needed:
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, factory work, production lines, remodeling, etc.
- Be able to lift 40-80 lbs. (Mandatory)
