We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to add to our team! Must have experience with electrical components, soldering, electrical assembly.

SUMMARY

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule. Ensure maximum productivity and optimized delivery with careful planning and inventory management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Reviews master production schedule and work orders.

Develop and analyze work orders for lists of raw materials, purchased parts, equipment and other items required based on production schedules

Distributes work orders to departments denoting number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced.

Assists with delivery, assembly and distribution of supplies and parts in order to

expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.

Compile information, such as production rates and progress, material inventories,

materials used, time studies and customer information to complete status reports.

Works closely with Buyer to schedule deliveries based on production forecasts, and material substitutions

Communicates with Sales department and advises on material availability

Monitors sales orders and projections to define the demand for component materials and production resources

Utilize company software to create and schedule production units based on demand
