Outcomes:

Organizational Development (20%)

o Achieve ‘meets or exceeds expectations’ Performance Management ratings for all MBO’s and Key Responsibilities.

o Hire and/or develop talented team players that demonstrate the proven capabilities to operate multiple pieces of equipment and retain the knowledge needed to safely and proficiently perform the required job responsibilities.

o Interface effectively with other functions to maximize success and increase expertise across the entire organization (Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Technology and Finance) as measured by annual 360 degree feedback

Operations Excellence (50%)

o Maintain a positive working culture that is centered on safety. Safety Incident Goal = 0

o Achieve annual productivity, scrap, service, quality and maintenance targets.

o Administer and ensure all company policies and programs are consistently followed within all levels of our organization.

o Maintain a clean and organized production department by ensuring all tools, equipment, and raw materials are ‘spotless’ and put away in designated areas as measured by our 5S audits.

o Support our annual Safety, Wellness, and Recognition Teams and/or programs to continue to improve upon our sites key focus areas. Goal of 80%+ positive annual survey feedback.

o Develop and communicate clear metrics and performance versus targets for the production department comprised of the following: safety incident rate and last recorded incident, productivity targets by machine, scrap targets by machine, overall quality % and quarterly production bonus targets.

o Ensure all communication/performance tracking tools are update and functional at all times. Specifically stating the site communicational T.V’s and Red Hawk Performance Management System.

o Provide production metric and project status updates as part of your weekly manufacturing excellence meetings and quarterly newsletters. Goal of 60%+ positive annual survey feedback.

o Conduct bi-annual performance reviews with your direct reports and ensure all performance criteria and measurement objectives are updated and current.

o Interact in a professional manor and support your direct reports to provide the tools, processes, equipment and resources needed to effectively allow them to conduct their daily responsibilities. Goal of 60%+ positive annual survey feedback.

Continuous Improvement Execution (30%)

o Ensure all approved scrap and continuous improvement projects are completed on time, on budget and meeting our payback expectations.

o Support and provide the sites Operational Manager continuous improvement opportunities that can be implemented within our production department to achieve our annual operational financial plan.
