Integrity Trade Services is in conjunction with a mulch and soil manufacturing facility in Morrison, IL and is now hiring Line Operators who want to start a steady skilled-trade-job (year-round).

Job Summary: They are responsible for ensuring organic or chemical materials flow through the shakers and mixers. They may perform housekeeping to ensure that material does not accumulate, remove scrap material, and re-stack inventory. They will maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.

• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday plus Saturday

Pay Rate: $17.90 per hour - Weekly Pay

• Repetitive bending, lifting, pushing, walking
• Entry-level, year-round
• Weekly pay, steady location

Job Description:

• Ensures that quality of bottles are free from defect and meet company standards
• Perform various warehouse and production line functions
• Packing liquid products
• Bottling, capping and printing labels
• Places sealed bottles into boxes
• Fills boxes with correct quantity
• Ensures printers is printing properly
• Keeps areas clean at all times

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Team oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk and lift
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces and lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to use hand and machine tools in a production-based environment
• Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends (shift differential and overtime available) and in any weather conditions
• Ability to get your hands dirty in a dusty environment
• Physical ability to climb in and out of equipment and sit for extended periods of time
• Able to perform all job functions safely
• Coaching and good attitude
• Ability to take direction willingly from team leader to maintain a safe and productive environment and meet daily production goals.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Pre-employment drug screen and E-verify required
