Compensation and Benefits for the Production Coordinator:

• Salary: $20.00-$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

Shifts Available for the Production Coordinator:

• 7:00am-5:30pm, Sunday-Wednesday
• 7:00am-5:30pm, Wednesday-Saturday

Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator:

• 1 year or more experience inTechnical Support needed
• Maintaining and servicing equipment on the floor.
• Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting.
• Provide suggestions and maintain continual process improvements.
• Administrative duties within the production area, including timekeeping, performance, documentation and training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills of the Production Coordinator:

• Technical aptitude, as well as, experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees.
• Problem solving ability.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent Attention to detail.
