Manpower is seeking Warehouse and Production Associates for various roles at a well known plastics company in Lolita, TX.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Packer (Entry level no experience needed) - Moving at a fast pace. Packing products such as drawstring kitchen bags, grocery bags you can find at your local HEB, Walmart, Target, and other shopping stores. The packers check the quality of the bags, make sure the machine lines are running smoothly and assemble the boxes to place the bags in.
• Machine Operator (Resume preferred) - oversees the machines to make sure they’re running properly. Fixing and troubleshooting minor discrepancies on the machine when needed.
• Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance (Experience and resume required) -responsible fortroubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on the equipment.
• Forklift Operator (Experience and resume required) - moving and stacking pallets from one location to another. IBS Shipping Forklift stacks and moves pallets and loads and unloads 18-wheeler trucks.
• HVAC Electrician (Experience and resume required) - responsible for the general upkeep of a building's electrical system. They are required to inspect the premises regularly, conduct routine maintenance, perform repairs, and fix faulty wiring when necessary. They may also be required to replace electrical appliances in the building.

What Skills Do You Need To Be Successful?

• Good communication skills and the ability to read, write, read a tape measure
• Ability to stand, stoop, squat, bend, and lift 30-50 lbs.
• Work at a fast pace
