1st Shift, Mon. - Fri. multiple benefits, custom work provides daily challenges to keep the work interesting. This is not a production line environment.
Main responsibility would be Blasting for a rubber recover custom manufacture shop. This would include going to shipping and receiving to unpackage crates / parts. Will include use of hand tools / power equipment / cranes / forklift usage. Inspection of parts, look for damage / repair. Determine the type of rubber and conditions of the parts / components. Take accurate measurements with multiple measuring instruments. Learn the job steps to produce custom rubber parts. Operate mills, extruder, presses and various machines . No previous experience required. As we are a custom shop the job will take time to learn. Skills that are needed are strong math skills, attention to detail, the ability to extrapolate information and problem solve. If you enjoy a challenge and like the chance to have valuable input in improving processes then this is the career for you. We are not a general manufacture and do not have temporary positions.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
