We have an immediate need for a Production Assistant at a leading company conveniently located in Langhorne. This is a full time direct hire opportunity.

Job Duties Include:

• Review sales orders and make adjustments to specified assemblies/components as needed to match customer requirements utilizing existing configuration templates and verbal instruction.
• Create work orders for various assemblies required for Sales, LOP, and ROP orders. Release and allocate work orders based on established schedules and standard lead times.
• Assemble work order packets to include all necessary documentation to complete LOP and ROP work orders and release them to the appropriate production managers.
• Communicate special order requirements and schedule updates to production supervisors.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
• Maintain the shop vacation schedule in ShopVue and Outlook.
• Configure sales orders, and schedule work orders and allocations.
• Other work as assigned.

Job Requirements Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent; training and exposure to basic shop floor documentation including an understanding of BOM structures are required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production environment performing activities similar to those listed above.
• Basic familiarity with shop floor scheduling systems and/or MRP.
• Proven professional qualities including strong initiative, integrity, communication, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.75 per hour
