Full-Time Production Assembler

A Production Assembler is responsible for assembling and finalizing production of Zynex products. This role will follow detailed instructions in order to meet all Zynex safety and quality requirements.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assemble/disassemble, electromechanical devices using a variety of hand tools within a production environment. Must be proficient with the use of hand tools associated with electronics assembly.
  • Inspect and final test completed devices in accordance with applicable documentation/specifications. Be familiar with the use of test equipment to include multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
  • Possess the ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams, engineering drawings/changes, process specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures.
  • Perform soldering/de-soldering functions associated with surface mount and through-hole components. Must be familiar and proficient.
  • Maintain inventory of product in a clean and safe work area.
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are noted.
  • Complete all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Observe industry best practices for FOD, ESD, and material handling controls.
  • Perform basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Be present/visible in the home office Monday through Friday 5 days per week 8 hours per day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11pm

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College education beneficial.
