As a member of our Packaging team as a Utility Assembler, you will directly impact the final step of production before going out to the market. This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute by:

• Loading blisters and cards correctly to keep machinery running with no missed opportunities.
• Unloading bulbs on the table/conveyor and palletizes empty boxes.
• Assembling cases for Packers
• Setting scale for product weighing
• Stacking final skid in the correct product placement configuration
• Effectively clearing jams and restarting the machine
• Assisting in changeover process as directed by the mechanic

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs on own.
• Must be able to pass a Dexterity test at facility prior to acceptance.
• Must be reliable and detail oriented.

Utility Assemblers must be able to continuously monitor and fill raw material supplies to keep the equipment running properly. Utility Assemblers must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
