Magnattack is Seeking to hire a reliable production and warehouse technition to work 5 days / week (Mon - Fri) in our Burnsville MN location.

· Be familiar with ERP systems (QuickBooks preferred)

Responsibilities:

The Production and Warehouse Technician is accountable for:

· Read production schedule and determine parts needed to complete work orders.

· Send manufacturing drawings to vendor(s) for quotes. Compare quotes from multiple vendors to reduce COGs.

  • Review opens sales orders and PO placement to set appropriate estimated ship dates for all orders.

· Receiving and dispatching duties for order / documentation accuracy

· Review part(s) and assembly(s) to ensure it is up to Magnattack quality.

· Assembly of customer orders and prepare for shipping.

· Use ERP functionality to fulfill sales orders and manage stock levels.

· Understand and assign model/serial numbers to final customer equipment items.

· Provide weekly customer order updates to customer service.

· Assessment and support of customer service / customer needs

· Inventory consumption and job traceability recording

· Places PO on vendors for open orders and/or stock items for replenishment

  • Performing periodic inventory counts of existing inventory and making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Manage rental fleet equipment.

· Able to procure tools and materials for maintaining optimized operational functionality.

· Organize inventory, workstations, and structure facility for manufacturing needs.

  • Other duties as required by management to support the operation of the business.
  • Develop and maintain initiative whilst ensuring engineering principles are considered for and Company IP is protected.

Qualifications

  • High school education or higher
  • Driver’s License
  • Preference given to candidates with above-mentioned experiences.
  • Forklift License preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
