Oxbo International, a world leader in the development, production, and service of specialized agricultural equipment, has an opportunity for a Product Validation Test Technician who will serve as a member of the PV&V group responsible for the verification and validation of new products, major model changes, and design team testing needs as necessary. In this position you will work with PV&V and Product Design Engineers to support protype machine field testing, test stand builds/ run offs, monitoring active test stands, and assist in the completion of Product Test Plans and data acquisition needs.

Job Duties include:

· Assist in the fabrication and assembly of prototype test trailers, machines, and test stands.

· Monitor and record daily logs on product test stands.

· Maintain R&D workspace and test equipment.

· Complete or assist in the completion of Product Test Plans

· Assist in the installation of test equipment for product data acquisition

· Travel as required for product field testing/ validation

· Perform maintenance duties on R&D vehicles and trailer.

· Assist in the yearly verification of test equipment

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

· Proficiency in welding and machine fabrication.

· Experience with mobile agriculture machinery service, electrically controlled hydraulic systems including open and closed loop systems, and DC & CAN bus electrical systems preferred.

· Experience in diesel engine troubleshooting and maintenance is desirable.

· The ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

· The ability to travel based on seasonal testing needs, up to 30% of the time.
